House...I love the whole "sarcastic crippled guy with a bad attitude who's addicted to painkillers" thing && the "lets see how many times we can almost kill the patient before fixing them" thing.
Plus Hugh Laurie is a great actor.

I have to watch them both !!!!
Other than the lame new theme E.R. is still very good and seems to be getting better. House is just great and Hugh Laurie is the best as he was in "Bertie and Wooster" years ago.If I HAD to choose between them I guess I would have to go with E.R. because I have been with them so long.

House, because it is more entertaining, better story-lines, and is exciting to watch the actors/actresses. E.R. is boring right now because it been on for so long.

I found House to be like the illegitimate love-child of ER and CSI. I think the two show stand apart, since one is definitely focused in on one central character, and a little less of an ensemble piece, where ER is the Mash of our generation.

The show acaully isnt half bad ER sucks though and I refuse to watch it whereas house I will. House is so funny.
