--"With seats" are better for mostly straight line riding. When turning, you need to use your body as a counter weight.
--A seat and seat pole only interferes with that.
--Imagine riding a skate board with a pole and seat sticking up in the air.
--As for speed, they're all about the same.
--Before buying one, search that brand on the web to see how popular they are. If they're not popular, you won't be able to get parts for it - when something breaks or wears out, you'll have to throw it away.

I think I would prefer a seat.Not fast enough if it doesn't have a seat.Your butt would be callused.
