Texting From Phone?

I have unlimited texting on my phone, however, whenever I try to send a text message to a business or a company such as Jamster to buy a wallpaper/ringtone, it says ''message cannot be sent. the message is now placed in outbox.'' Why is this if I have texting unlimited and I can usually text people?

Maybe, you must OPEN an ACCT with JAMSTER to BUY a WALLPAPER/RINGTONE.
I never had ordered a WALLPAPER/RINGTONE, OUTSIDE my MOBILE CARRIER.

T*MOBILE you must have ACCT with- to BUY from www.t-mobile.com
