Im flying from the philippines and would like to go to Kish Island ( Iran )....do I need UAE visa for that?

no need any visa to Kish. Upon arrival you will be getting Kish entrance stamp at the Kish airport.You can stay there 2 weeks, after that you have to extend your stay in Immigration dept for 1 more month ( if you wish)..
Indeed strange desire to visit Kish. As far as I know it is a kind of dirty place where people are sitting and waiting for visa to enter UAE... Good luck anyway!

Sas is giving you the perfect answer, you need a UAE visa if you are coming from phil to Dubai, but when you fly from Dubai to Kish you don't need a visa to Kish

if u r flying direct to kish island then u dont need a UAE visa , but u will not be able to go out in the city of dubai . u will have to stay in the transit launge and board the comnnecting flight to kish from terminal two of dubai airport.
