All who reside in the house unless there's something to show that you had no clue about the drugs. Bottom line get out now if you know since you are just as legally on the hook for having the drugs in the house and not calling the police or removing them.

Initally, everyone in the house is charged. After the investigation, however, charges are usually dropped on those found not to know or those who were not in possession of the drugs. It's a tactic that is used to get people to inform on others, and it usually works.

Every person who is physically present, for certain. Also, anyone else named on the lease or deed to the house OR known to reside there may be charged. Generally, the cops charge as many as possible and let the judicial system sort out who the judge won't allow to be charged (there are a few instances where this happens).

The person who gets charged is the person that has his name on the lease, unless, the person who it belongs to confesses. Anyone can confess even if they did not really do the crime.

Good Luck With That Situation;)
