Need Anime Full Metal Alchemist in rmvb format and which are around 40mb in size.?

The episodes should be either in english dub (more prefered) or english subbed
and they should not be uploaded on megaupload and if possible for you guys can you find any where any download manager can work like DAP.

Or you could save your money and buy the DVDs...Then you get the Japanese dub, English sub, and English dub. Whoa, what a concept!
