Geocities is an excellent place for making a website. The other are ok, it really depends what your suited to and your needs and skills.
Have things like make-up, beauty, fashion, friends, guys, girls, sex info, clebs, music.... The usual. But the thing is to make it unique and make people wanting more.
I am a skilled web-designer, I know what I am talking about.
You also need a fantastic layout, be REALLY creative, be good with colours, and have fantastic ideas, communicate with your users and get involved in knowing what they want and need.
Good luck, and hit me up if you need help.

You can start coding a website with just Notepad and you can find code on the web. Just search "HTML Codes". In the website you should include the newest trends.

It should include someone who is old enough to do them some good. Humans don't clone. If we did our peers would be our parents but as it is, parents are a good bit older. Its unnatural and wrong to accept ongoing or offer ongoing advice from or to, our group.

Go to www.godaddy.com and register a name, then get a space for your website. If you like to draw people to your site it has to be fun, informative and be done by a computer-wizard, they are expencive.
