I would have to say hydrogen and Helium but I think their is some of all of that in the rings. Possibly except for dried lava which is really just rock.

im not sure but the whiter bands are hydrogen and helium and the rocks are crystalized ammonia. Not sure about the yellow

are you talking about the bands ON the planet itself or the bands that are part of the ring around the planet?
