Is there any way to replace a CD's generic Serial # ID with a specific title after the CD has been recorded?

Recorded a number of CDs, didn't specify any title, so the CDs show up being referenced by their serial #. Would like to replace those serial #s with specific titles that make sense. Is it possible?

If they are just writable CDs (which should be the case)...Then the answer is NO...If they are re-writable (Which is not likely)...Then the answer is Yes.
