I run everyday ,but i want to no how do get even better.

It depends on what your goals are. Do you want to run races or are you just running to stay in shape?

If you want to run just to keep in shape, I suggest that you run no more than 3 or 4 times a week and cycle or swim on the days you are not running. When I wanted to get in shape, I used a 2 days on, 1 day off plan.

For example -- I ran 45 minutes on monday, cycled 45 minutes on tuesday, and rested on Wednesday. On Thursday I repeated the cycle.

If you want to run races, I suggest that you run every other day until you get to the point where you can run for 1 hour straight. Once you get to this point, you should do one long run a week and do interval style training for your other training days.

Depends on your goals, speed or endurance. If you want to increase speed, pratice the short sprints with walk breaks in between. For endurance, the only way to go is to continuously extend your runs, a little more each week.

keep on running adding about 1/2 a mile every week. your body learns how to run for a longer amount of time and learns how to deal with that amount of running. you will also gain speed.

run harder for a longer period of time.... Do quarter mile sprints, then give your self a 30 second break, and do it again.... it helps build stamina
