there aren't any otc testosterone helpers. testosterone therapy is risky business and should be ordered and supervised only by a physician (endocrinologist). tampering with the levels of testosterone in your body can create havoc for you.
the bottom line is chest hair----not having any does not make you less of a man. some men are hairless and some have hair and/or too much.
currently, i spend a portion of each morning checking for excess hair to the eyebrows, ears, and nose. that's a real picnic. if i had my way i'd be hairless everywhere. it's a pain to care for.

No. Don't do it! It has bad effects later on. Eat roasted pumpkin seeds like peanuts; they contain a substance which is chemically similar to the hormone, but safe. Chest hair is actually a turnoff to many women, and the Hawaians, Polynesians, and Melanesians have no chest hair, but are still very masculine.

Male hormones are extremely dangerous, and seldom work as planned. They will have a tendency to make your testicles atrophy, since the body will no longer have need for their hormones.

You don't state your race or age. Chest hair usually shows up during the 20's. Then it spreads like wild fire to the back, the nostrils and the ears. So don't rush it....

No, they are not available and no there is no guarantee taking them would produce chest hair. That is genetic, a lot of guys can't grow chest hair because it is not in their genetic background or your particular genetic draw left it out. Or if you are still in your teens, you may just need to wait. Out of 14 guys in my senior class, I only recall about 5 of us having any chest hairs at all. It grows much more in your late teens and 20's.
