well she doesnt have everything then if she just had a baby 3 months ago she doesnt have one nites rest or part of it. how about you go to hotel room for a jacuuzi bath, candle lights, ros epetals along the path or thru the room and massage alone nice dinner a lil break for tlc.. and a nice lil necklace to say you love her as she bought your child into the world and that is the most wonderful gift she gave you as this is the most ultimate act of love to bare your child to have your name go on .. :-) if not in a nice hotel then at home and all that

If you can spend the money , but a peice of jewelry she would like and take her out to a nice dinner. If you make her feel special she will be happy, so even if you don't buy jewelry do something unexpected, like a dinner criuse has always been my wish from a guy.

Why not take her to Victoria's Secret and let her pick out some nice things. While out (have someone watch the baby) take her out to dinner and spoil her.

dresses and little pieces of jewelary are never enough for a woman. so give her one of this wrapped up in with lots of roses. And also something lovly for the baby. she will love this-even the gift for the baby.
