Depends on the recipient....for mom,dad,grandparents or aunts and uncles probably sentimental unless they are wild and crazy guys. For siblings...humor...especially relevant to your relationship. For friends...always humor but with a sweet,loving handwritten added note. For co-workers, humor for those with wild sense of humor and sentimental for those with a deeply caring nature. For a sweetie, sentiment hits the spot but always add a hand-written note using an inside joke. For a child, silly humor and couple of bucks tucked inside.
