Ah, no that is not any longer a federal offense in any respect. it is a misdemeanor at maximum ideal. yet certain, you want a cat because how else ought to you bypass emissions inspections without it? I stay in NC too and am at the moment searching at getting a immediately pipe for my vehicle, besides the undeniable fact that. as long as you understand someone who can get you a sparkling inspection sticky label, you're solid to bypass. they are no longer too troublesome to go back through. because it is in the present day, i can not bypass inspection in NC because of my window tinting so I figured i'd bypass large or bypass domicile and destroy as many inspection factors as plausible :-P
