In a proscenium theatre, where are the "legs", "wings" and "flats" located on stage... and what are they?

Legs are vertical draperies onstage that help frame the action. Wings are the spaces on either side of the stage.
Flats are the painted canvas and wooden framed panels that are painted to use as onstage scenery.
