I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PCOS ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND WAS PUT ON GLUCOPHAGE AND CLOMID. THE GLUCOPHAGE HELPED TO REGULATE MY CYCLES AND ALLOWED ME TO OVULATE, BUT IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS MY PERIODS HAVE DISSAPEARED AGAIN. HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS? I HAVE AN APPT WITH MY DR BUT NOT FOR ANOTHER MONTH. THANKS

One of my friends had the same thing happen to her. She went on meds for PCOS and everything got on track. A few months later she started missing periods. Actually she missed two before she went to the DR. It turned out that she was pregnant. For some reason the home test wouldn't pick up the pregnancy but the Dr did a blood test and an exam and she was 2 months along. Is there any chance you could be pregnant?

i am having a similar issue. i was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago and i have been taking an herb called Vitex to regulate my cycles and to try and help me ovulate. My cycles were normal until recently, my last period was on Thanksgiving and now i am having [what i hope to be] early pregnancy symptoms. I've taken 2 hpt and they were both neg, so i am going to the dr's on mon for a blood test. good luck with your appt. next month.
