Just take it as yet another night? When my ex was hot on my heels we had a great V-day night in the years we were together. When he was overseas, we simply talked on Skype for 5 min in our homes. It doesn't really matter what we are doing on V-day itself or who we spend it with but whether there is a valentine in our heart or not.
