If a Z stat has a value z= -1.20 and alternative Hypothesis says that the population mean is greater than its value under the null hypothesis, the one sided P-value is? (Z= -1.20 -->.1151)

The question was not adequately clear to me to say my answer is right. Let me explain. Your alt hypothesis says it is higher than the null. That is towards the positive tail. So if the z value had been about +2, I would expect the alternate hypothesis to be closer to being true.

Since the z value is negative, closer to the negative tail, I would reject the alternate hypothesis.
