My sister all of a sudden broke out in random shaking, heartpains, cold sweat ect....so whats wrong? is it poor circulation is she having some kinda attack?

Shes fine thank you all for your concern she was just having a panic attack...shes fine now shes liying down and talking normaly..........and breathing into a paper bag....she told me to add that...

Poor circulation???? That would cause cold feet.
Sounds like she's sick and needs to see a doctor. Might be flu, pneumonia, ear infection, stomach infection, drug abuse or overdose...
Heart wise: nausea, chest pain/pressure, sweating, loss of consciousness.
Shaking is usually from a fever or rigors. Better see a doctor now.

It could be an anxiety attack and it could be a heart attack. I would take her to the doctor as soon as possible. It's better to be safe than sorry. Either way she needs to be treated. Good luck to you.

1. She might be having some heart trouble... She ought to see a doctor for that matter, and fast! Things might get serious if she don't.

Could be numerous things. She should see a doc.....On it's face, it sounds like some kind of withdrawal.
