A newcomer to a particular field, the term being commonly used on the Internet, where it might refer to new, inexperienced, or ignorant users of a game, a newsgroup, an operating system or the Internet itself ( you can also use newbie, noobie, nub, etc).

I think you mean "newbie" as in new person in class or on staff.
Someone who is new to something or a novice

I think the proper spelling is Newby
It's a person who is "new to the game" or "new to the job"

a nobody means someone who is not popular,weird, or not in to most things,ut don not listen to what other people say about you. go by what you know.
