well if the outcome is in a short period of time then i would its worth the effort.....but if its endless...wats the point?

It's not really worth the effort because we don't know how things are going to turn out in life. If it's a goal you have, you can visualize the outcome. That's great! But if it's something else like an everyday situation or a dilemma, it's not worth it.

Depends on the situation... Generally I would say yes, it is worth the wait and effort if something positive comes from it. On the other hand it can be a total waste of energy when you do something and it becomes void.
