I don't think it can. I hear it fails in improving the lives of poor, displaced, hungry third-world children about half of the time, due to mismanagement, and gross incompetence (i.e., Darfu, Sudan, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Chad, Niger, etc.), so I'm incline to believe it would probably be negligible in improving your love-life as well. Sorry.

UNICEF? Well it might be that you meek someone else working for the organization and you will have your good deeds in common, but if you are getting involved with UNICEF to improve your love life then you are really getting involved for th wrong reason.
