Hehe, well i dont play truth or dare, I play dare or double dare so we do quite nasty stuff... You can tell people to stand naked in the middle of the building or at a balcony for a minute. Also, if the other is a guy you can dare him to rub a piece of ice on the tip of his penis (it kinda hurts, yet it is arrousing). For a more mild one, you can dare the other to get out in the streets and tell everyone he/she sees that they are gay/stupid/ugly/(your_choise)

One good truth is "Is it true that you kissed/are in love with so-and-so" and dare, do something very hard or embarrassing like if it's a boy-girl party, dare someone to kiss another person. (Remember, no same gender kisses)
