Beans are seeds. The bean is the seed of a bean plant. There are usually 3 to 5 beans per pod. Green beans are the beans and the pod picked while they are still tender. If the beans are allowed to mature, they make a hard bean like navy beans. There are other types of seeds besides beans, such as peas, carrot, radishes, lettuce, etc.... Lettuce is probably one of the faster growing seeds.

Beans are seeds too, the only real difference that it is a legume, and usually has a hard coating. As for making other seeds grow faster, seeds will only grow at their own rate, plant cultural factors taken into account( their needs to grow, eg regular watering, temperature, fertilisers etc) Some may require different methods for germination to take place. For example, some seeds have a very hard coating and require scarification(breaking the seed coat).
This is not used for your vegetable varieties.

Beans are classified as "Legumes" different than just vegetable seeds.Beans grow pretty fast especially if you lay them between a wet folded paper towel a couple days before planting.

Lactose loose milk is cows-milk based. The Lactose, between the sugars, has been got rid of. Soy milk is a plant-based milk. possibility is your daughter is allergic to the proteins in cow's milk, no longer the Lactose, it relatively is why they are putting her on Soy milk. i might call the pediatrician to debate formerly attempting the Lactose loose milk.
