I would stop time, get someone who was walking down the street, and turn them around to face the other direction and wait for it to start again, imaging the look of confusion on their faces! lol

Actually there was an old Twilight Zone episode with this very storyline, and the guy took money from banks, etc. What I would do may be too naughty to mention, haha. Funny would be to go in the city and undress a bunch of people and watch the hilarity ensue, or tie up 20 people in bunch and hose them down.

I think I would do what Adam Sandler did in the movie Click and keep slapping my enemy....and then when everything was normal ..act like I didn't know why his/her face was hurting so bad

You're not going to like this. You can't move people if time has stopped. If you could slow it down reeeeeally slow, you would be able to move them, but not like you think. You would also likely injure them.
