If you have credit, and you have documentation to secure a bank loan, SURE you can buy a house. People buy houses in countries that aren't their home countries all the time.

GO CRAZY! Buying and selling real estate is something that people do all over the world... Many people have properties in countries other than their own. All you need is good credit and funds available. I work wih REALTOR's nationwide, I can put you in front of an agent who is familiar with the area that you are looking in...a word about the Lendingtree Comment.... mortgage brokers are exactly that. they know mortgages. I would ONLY use a REALTOR when purchasing a house. It is the only way you as a consumer are protected.

I would not be the best person to answer yes or know but a great company that helped me was Lending Tree.com. They know a lot about houses and how to help people get into one.

Like the other person said, if you have credit then you should be fine, and also a job.
