When I go to edit some songs on my iPod, I am not able too because they are grayed out and there is a little lock on the bottom of the screen where it says how much room I have used on my iPod.
How can I make that go away and BTW I only use this iPO don ONE computer.

And its not only songs it's EVERYTHING.

You have to do all of your editing in the main library of iTunes and then sync the iPod again.

At the top of the left side menu, click on Music. You can then edit the song titles and other info from there. When you are done, just re-sync it(File -> Sync). Any changes you made will now show on your iPod.

You have to click manually manage songs on the ipod preferences.

If you go into preferences menu and change your iPod preferences you can select to allow the editing of your iPod. It won't be worded that way, it would most likely be something like Manually manage songs, or something like that.
