No I don't, I try to get good meat to start with. My Mom used to bang the cr@p out of it with a meat tenderizer mallet sometimes before cooking to break up the sinew that was throughout the meat.

There are several ways.

One way is by using a meat hammer (the loudest way too LOL).

Another way is sprinkling some meat tenderizer on the meat.

Another way is by boiling it before you grille it or fry or bake it.

And lastly, if it's really tough, slow cook it until it melts off the bone.

Doesn't this Q belong in the cooking section? Mine comes out of the package, rinsed off and thrown in the pot. If the recipe I'm cooking calls for tenderizing, i just follow the directions it tells me.

Pick out the meat you want and put all types of seasoning that you might like and what would make it taste even better. Put a lid on the bowl and let it stay in the fridge for a hour or more...

You need a meat hammer. You pound the meat into submission until it is the cosistancy you need.

soak it with seven up, or cherry seven up, and add your spices to the soda...soak it overnight.
