Don't drink for several hours before bedtime (making sure you have had at least 8 x 250ml glasses of water earlier): empty your bladder just before bedtime. You can keep a thimbleful of water handy just to wet the inside of your mouth (don't swallow). There are electronic devices that set off an alarm, to teach you to recognise the signs. Hypnotherapy may help. I have autosuggested to myself to dream of an alarm clock going off when I need to urinate, or a bad dream that can only be escaped from by waking up in time. It works but is a bit extreme, however, I prefer that to cleaning up. You could also try setting an alarm for, say, 3 hrs, then get up and urinate, and that may teach you , in time.

Sometimes people sleep too soundly to wake up when they feel the urge to urinate. Try setting an alarm for the middle of the night, and going to the bathroom when it goes off.
I worked at a summer camp for special needs children one summer, and we had what we called "pee patrol." Some of the kids were so heavily medicated that they would wet their bed every night because they wouldn't wake up, so we went around late at night and woke them up to use the bathroom.

Dont worry about it. Youre 14 and this is normal during puberty. Just enjoy it when it comes. Its not harmful for you. Its a natural mechanism for counter balancing the stress and anxiety you may have in your life and relax your body. Its undergoing its normal growth changes. If your'e still worried see the doctor again.

hey man, i had the same problem at about your age. it is because your bladder is small. the way i was told to correct my bed wetting was during the day, when i had to pee, hold it for as long as possible. this allows your bladder to stretch i guess. after a few weeks of doing that, no more bed wetting.
hope this helps.

Some boys don't seem to grow out of it as quickly. Worrying about it makes it worse. Just relax and you will find in time, it will stop.

dont do that whole dont drink water before bed, thats a temporary fix. This will sound stupid but trust me. where loose clothes to bed, if any? like no briefs, boxers or something. and sleep on ur stomach with a rubber ban around ur ding dong. do it toward the top, not so tight that it turns purple but tight enough u can feel it. this way when u start to piss urself it hurts like hell cuz it gets blocked. wake up and open ur window and wizz out into the snow and then punch urself in the groin to teach ur dick to stop it. be agressive. Rub one out before bed. Just use it and abuse it and then after a while it will get so scared it will stop pissin involuntary.

may sound a little old school but it may help if you just refrain from drinking fora few hours before you sleep and always going before bed.

I liked this idea from delarosa7... Teach yourself to hold for just a little while while you're awake. Maybe you can give yourself more time to WAKE UP at night.
.........OR..........
Just get up and change your diaper, no big deal.
