They can't measure the start and end point of the Universe, they can't tell where the center of the Universe is, and in that, they can't measure the end point just yet.

If the universe is infinite then essentially any point in the universe could be the starting point or even center. If the big bang really did occur and the universe is finite then the starting point would be the center of the bang, ground-zero, if you will. Since the universe is defined as everything that exists, then after the universe ends so does existence. Hope this helps.

the start point cannot be found until the outer edge of our universe is defined. However the universe is still expanding since the big bang. Some scientists believe that eventually it will stop expanding and receed on itself. ultimately wiping out all matter. Hope i'm not around to see that. But our sun will deplete itself before then so we will be toast anyway. Interesting question btw

Some misunderstanding of the Big Bang above. It assumes that there is no edge and no centre (copernican principle). This is an unprovable (unfounded?) assumption.
Personally I do not accept the Big Bang hypothesis - it is scientifically and philosophically flawed.
The Bible tells us that 'In the beginning, God created...'.
That is, time began when God created the universe. It therefore does not make sense to ask what came before Creation.
As for the end, I think there will not be one.

Isn't that what you call infinity? Everything a mortal knows has a beginning and an end, right? So it is somewhat beyond our ability to comprehend.
Years ago my Mother could not believe there wasn't an end to space somewhere. My Dad asked her what the end would be......maybe a brick wall? She said there had to be something. Dad told her if that was the case, then there had to be something on the other side of the brick wall, and so it would just keep going and going like that forever. Your question was almost the same thing so maybe this helps.

Your question can be answered by the big bang theory (Big Bang theory is related to your question, there's nothing i can do). According to this theory the universe has since been expanding and cooling. Universe got so big that it's boundaries are unknown. But I believe Universe still has boundaries.>>==>in short= boundaries of the Universe are unknown. =)

I believe, the universe we live in, started with a big bang. However, I postulate, we have seen many big bang before.i.e. stars imploding on themselves e.g. a Supernova..
