i found the ball to not bounce as high, i use a wilson NCAA ball

would playing in cold weather and wearing jackets improve my playing inside?

Many people swear by dribbling in cold weather wearing mittens. Not only do you have to work harder to make the ball bounce, there is much less feeling of the ball against the hand. Try it... and good luck! You'll probably be frustrated at first, but if you stay with it, your ball-handling will improve tremendously!

if ur talkin about football well u call it soccer then yes its a good idea coz profesionly u will play in that kind of weather and ull have to get used to it

old school players like bird and magic used to practice in all weather and pretty much @ anytime day or night. if its something u really want that bad, why not? whatever doesn't kill u makes u stronger (and better).

no its not. one you cant move freely as you would indoors. your jump shot wouldnt be as fluid as it would be in warmer conditions. plus you would have like a ton of layers on so moving wouldnt be all that fast.
