In my opinion, not worth it... 98% of the people you knew in High School you'll never see again, regardless of a reunion. The other 2% you'll never lose, whether you want to or not. They're the only ones that matter.
People grow apart. It happens. The more you worry about it, the less you'll focus on living your life as you want it to be. I'm not going full-blown cynic and telling you to kick everyone you knew to the curb, but understand as your life will radically change in the next decade, so too will theirs.
But if you must indulge: classmates.com or reunion.com. Both are paid directories, but specialize in reuniting past school alum, workers, or military units.

well, it's pretty easy if you know any of her friends or parents phone number... you just call them and leave them your email address, tell them that you'd like to get in touch with her.
you could also google, or if you have an idea of where she went, then check college directories.
the high school also may have a website that you could register and leave your email address with a message telling her to get in touch with you or ask if anyone knows where she is.

Classmates.com is a good place to start, but you can also check websites like MySpace or Facebook -- they have millions of users, just search for her!
