They used some of the stuff that shrunk the kids. That reduced his ego so he was able to be put on the boat. When he got to Hollywood they paraded him out on stage and his ego reversed and he becane his old self again

not very plausible........but its a movie.........
hes obviously to heavy to be dragged through the water.........and way too heavy to be carried on a relatively small boat..........he woulda sank that boat easily, if they somehow managed to haul him up onto it.........
