Go down to the court house and do a search on your name. If they filed anything it had to be filed "X vs. Y" with you being the Y. If nothing comes up, nothing has been filed in that county. Once they file they do have 30 days to serve you.

If your spouse has filed for a divorce than you should have been served papers that is how you will know if they have filled for a divorce.

..usually they put it in the local newspaper....it is public knowledge i think and you may be able to find it at the courthouse.

duh you will be getting papers soon you wont have to try to find out..they cant divorce you without letting you know and you signing.papers. come on .. you were married and didnt know this..
