For example, if Marcie and I are both married to Randy, what is Marcie to me? A wife-in-law? A co-wife? What?

It depends. People use different terms. Some simply refer to her as Wife. Others use co-wife, others use sister-wife, etc. It truly depends on the people involved and what they wish to be referred to. I think if I was in a relationship like that one I would call Marcie my Wife.

I think it is a harem but i am not sure. This is not fair to both wives though. Also why is it a guy can have to wives or more in some countries or religions but us woman could only have one man.. I dont think this is fair. To me if the men can have more the one wife we should be able to have more then one husband . Thing is though i dont think i could put up with more then one husband i dont think i would be able to handle it lol.

I think it's 1st wife and 2nd wife...and both positions suck. Many polygamists in Bali, both Hindu and Moslem and I think it's really degrading for a woman to have to tolerate the fact that her husband is allowed to shag another woman, irrelevant of her status within the marriage.

That is a very good question! I do not know if there is an actual term. I guess the shortest way to put it would be "my husband's other wife" or "one of my husband's other wives" depending on the circumstances.

Randy can be charged with a bigamy. Probably Marcie is nothing to you as the arrangement is illegal in the U.S.

Harem! There will be more. You are nothing to either, just a body
to have sex with. Is that what you want? Surely you can get out of that and do much better.

That's just not normal, I'm sorry. But I'd have to say sister- or wife-in-law.

She is nothing other than a mistress that you both tolerate with a cute nickname.

I think the word you're looking for is "competition."
