If you cyber with somone over aim or the internet can they turn the convos into the police and catch u for dirty talking?

they can print it out, but that alone may not be enough to convict. You will be investigated however.

Yes! If I were you I would find someplace to hide-out for a little while until the "heat" cools off. It would be good if you could leave the country a while so If they are on to you, they can't get you. Also, sell your computer, but dump all the files off it first. You don't want them to get more evidence against you. Be more careful next time!

The police are not patroling for swearing.

If you plot something illegal, it could be used as evidence.
