I know it's probably jealousy on my part, but my best friend has gone too far. We used to talk about everything, now we can only talk about the guys she likes. She writes me lists of their names and what they're doing. And worst of all, she lied! She said that my boyfriend actually liked her, and I found out that she was lying. I had solid proof. She said she was really sorry that guys liked girls like her more. I want to know why she's doing this and how I'm supposed to deal with it?

It's pretty obvious that she is jealous about you, because you get all the good stuff and she doesn't.
Talk to her.

It seems like your best friend is trying to push you down. Don't let her succeed. I'm not sure why a best friend would do that to you, perhaps jealousy on her part, or low self esteem that she feels she needs to pass on to others? She hit it low when she lied to you about your boyfriend and I wouldn't let her get by with that. I would sit down and talk to her about these issues and if that doesn't work...then maybe it's time you get a new best friend.

Hey she is NOT your friend. She's a manipulator, a sickie. Dump the jerketta as a "friend"! What a fake person!
Deal with it by NOT calling her or accepting her calls. If she leave a voice mail leave her one that says, "I'll send you a quarter to call someone who cares".

all she is doing is trying to impress other people. she is making a fool of herself for lying about your boyfriend and maybe she was never your friend to begin with. i think it is time to re evaluate the situation and take yourself out of her picture. maybe without you beside her to make her think she looks good things will change and she will have a reality check. good luck

She's ur best fren isnt she? ask her nicely. Tell her how she has not been a very good best fren to you. If she still doesnt stop tripping over it, maybe she isnt a BEST fren after all. Good luck!

she is doing this to try to impress people. this would be really annoying to me. the best way for you to deal with this is to try to ignore her when she does these things. i know it is hard but if you are going to continue to be friends with her, that is what you are going to have to learn to do. hope this helps. good luck.

that ain't nice at all and if she was a true friend then she wouldn't tell u that.....and make up lies....it is prolly jeoulsy but that still doesn't makr it right to do summin like that and no friend should or would say that they like her more.....
