Is there any way that they will let me get a new phone without paying the actual reatil price? Will they let me buy a new phone for the price you pay with a new account? I have only had my phone for about 6 months. Thank you!

i would say most companies have a 14 day return policy. some a 30, 6 months i say you gonna have to bite it and pay full price. you could call them up and see the options.

you are screwed. try to find one on ebay or somewhere else on the net. we have a cellphone repair shop in our town that sells used phones at a very good discount maybe you have such a shop in your area. ask around . as for getting another phone from verizion before you got your two years in with them. you are screwed. does the phone not work well? maybe you can go in and complain about it not working right. and they will give you a replacement one. it will be the same cheap one that you have now but maybe it will work better. cell phones are a big part of most peoples lives these days when your two years are up spring for the better phone. (NOT THE FREE ONE)

If you have a good reason for not liking it, they may exchange it out for something different. All you can do is go talk to someone in customer service and see if there is anything they can do for you.
Or, if you have a service plan on your phone, you could try dropping it down the garbage disposal and taking in the result.
