no only at yours and the one on the check or a check cashing place but they charge to much

Get a bank account! In today's world, you're a non-citizen
without a bank account. The minimum to open an account
is $100.00 I believe (and they don't keep it, it's still your
money, just don't spend it all or your account is closed.)
My suggestion tho is a savings & loan, you get much better
deals and much better service plus they are more generous
on their loans. A company S & L is best, but there are good
community S&L.s.

You can cash at the bank it was issued from. or you can cash it at a check cashing place but not at other banks inless you open a account there.
