i would say no.
if you use it every hour or so, then there is a possibility the chemicals can getinto the blood and cause something, but I wouldn't say specifically cancer. Personally I would suggest using a roll on deoderant. It's less invasive.
You can check for brest cancer (as odd as this may sound) on your own or professionally with a doctor.
By yourself, you would simply press your boobs and rub in a circular manner. If there are any hard lumps you might want to consider getting it checked professionally. This is supposed to be a good thing to do every month or so, not just because of the deoderant...
hope that helps some!

I do recall reading an item about this, they maintain that the aluminium in the under arm rollers is thought to contribute towards breast cancer. This is not the first time I have read this - so it does beg the question, there are deoderants that you can buy without the aluminium in, so use that instead, or there are these rock crystals you can buy, I am trying to find these at present. Better safe then sorry, lets face it, best to keep to natural everything and you cant go far wrong can you.

It's antiperspirant that's the culprit.
I switched to a natural deodorant a year ago. It's a mineral rock crystal thing and it works great.
Oh, and your doc can test you for cancer. But still do your breat exam every month yourself.

You should use roll ons that are natural. For example, I use the Crystal Stick, which is natural. You should examine yourself for lumps and get a check up yearly. I am no fan of mamograms, but you should seek out a baseline if you haven't already.

No.
That's an urban legend and is not true. Neither deodorants nor antiperspirants cause breast cancer.
