Vista Compatibility Question...?

I have a Dell Insprion-B130 With An Intel Celeron Processor, and was thinking about upgrading to Vista from XP. I was just wondering if I wanted to upgrade my Processor to Core Duo, and RAM to 2 Gigs, plus grab a new 100 GB hard drive how much would it cost me. AN estimated guess is all I need. Thanks so much.

P.S. Dont include Vista CD in price i already have it.

In order to get the Core 2 duo you need a new motherboard.
