Most countries in the developed world have surgical and medical facilities to enable such a transition. Thailand has a particularly well established surgical industry to treat an international market.
However, none of these surgeons will consider such an operation prior to proper counselling and a period of cross-gendered living known as the "real life test" (RLT) for at least a year.
The first step in this process is therefore to contact a psychiatrist specialising in gender identity disorders. It is a long, slow and painful process but very definitely worth it if you are a genuine transsexual, and all the more essential to protect you from making a mistake if you are not.
Good luck.

You can get help from Jesus to accept who He made you to be, and stay the sex you are, and avoid an embarassing and life destroying "sex change".
