Don't listen to the guy Who says his Wife likes Diamonds!you don't buy a girl you've been with for a week Diamonds I think for a girl you have only been seeing for a week you have defiantly over done it but my oh my will this girl appreciate it! You must Defiantly have alot of feelings for her to do all that! I think what you have planned is extremely sweet so forget the rose(s) plus teddy bears are so much better! The Last forever roses don't and for $120 I'd can that idea

WELL first of all stop being so cheap. who cares if dinner is a hundred and fifty. she would probably be happier with a less expense dinner and a bunch of flowers than a teddy bear and and expensive dinner. it isnt how much you spend - well at least it doesnt impress me but what matters is it coming from your heart. if you dont feel romanic enough to share your heart with this "new girlfriend" and let her see a little of you and not your money then you shouldnt even bother unless she is totally materialistic and if she is then ha you probably dont need someone like that anyway. seriously - i would be more impress with a bunch of daisies and maybe if weather permits a romantic dinner or picnic for two than i would be with a big expensive dinner and a bear............lol oh well just my point of view.

Roses would be great for valentines day.....just buy about three...and ask the florist to wrap it up really pretty with a ribbon......and a box of chocolates would have worked if you were in elementary school, but it's kinda lame....unless you get some from GODIVA or make them yourself.....and why would you go and buy a teddy bear that's 30 dollars!....You could have saved up that money to buy a simple necklace or a bracelet......and why would you go to a fancy restaurant like that on Valentine's Day?....It's not her birthday or an anniversary........you could just go to Olive Garden or try to make something yourself......or just ask someone to make something and say you did it yourself......
and who buys flowers for 120 dollars?.......Try doing something special like this on a "dated-for-one-year" anniversary....but on Valentine's Day....it doesn't have to be that fancy...

It really depends on the girl. Shallow girls want as much as they can get.
Girls who care more about people than possessions usually don't care about gifts.
V-Day is an over rated commercial holiday anyway. A single rose would be more than enough considering dinner will be so expensive.

No I usually don't get flowers on Valentine's day and I don't expect to.Other gifts are better.
I think that you are already giving her plenty. You have only been dating for a week, so I wouldn't get to much b/c as time goes by it will become more difficult to come up with new and different gift ideas.

I think everything you are getting her is really sweet. But instead of roses, get her a single flower that is her favorite. You dont need a dozen of them, just ask her her favorite flower and get her a single one. I think that would be super cute and really romantic. Just get her something cute and random. There are the things that everyone EXPECTS to get for V-Day, and that is so boring. Just get her what you think she would like. hope this helps.

honestly you should just make dinner and all the gifts my hand because those always mean the most not every girl wants flowers or diamonds or a really high priced dinner

She should be happy with the teddy bear and card...if she isn't - she's too materialistic!
