Hank Aarons currently holds it at 755 home runs. Barry Bonds will not break it because he admitted to using steroids and that is why he is a cheater. Hank Aarons never used steroids, and all of those home runs were clean. about 250 of Bond's home runs should be taken back.

755 is your magic number, and Henry (Hank) Aaron holds it. Sadaharu Oh of the Japanese league holds the all-time record for homeruns with over 800. I don't think Bonds record will stand very long when he breaks it. Alex Rodriguez, Albert Pujols, and maybe even Miguel Cabrera have a chance to break it.

He'lll break Aaron's record, as mentioned, but as mentioned, Sadaharu Oh had more, and so did Josh Gibson in the ***** Leagues. But when considering this question, we must do it minus Chan Ho Park. Besides, nobody cares. The town he plays in doesn't care, they hate sports. This is totally played up by the media. It's not really either of their records, it's Ruths, because he was cut short due to time as a pitcher, and due to eating too many hot dogs. And if not Ruth's, Ted Williams, who hit 521 while missing 7 years in his prime to wars (WWII and Korea), which, if he hit 40 a year, so being conservative here, would've landed him wih 800, which Bonds isn't getting to.
