I think they choose to be that way I just wondered what everyone else thought

Everyone is born with a clean slate. Somewhere along the line these people chose to be gay. Who knows when and where, but they make a conscience decision to be that way. I simply don't buy all that other propaganda.

Everyone is born with a tendancy to be something, but at some point everyone must make a choice also. I think that it is both; people are born that way, but they must make a choice to live a lifestyle that way. So it depends on how you define "gay." Is gay defined by being attracted to someone of the same sex, or is it defined by action on the attraction and letting the attraction be known to the world?

I have worked with alot of homosexuals over the past years and I have found out that the reasons vary for them being homosexuals. Some did not have a father figure in their life and their mothers raised them in a feminine way. Some had fathers, but the fathers never spent much time with them. As a result of not having the love of a father, they tried to replace it with a relationship with another man. Some were molested by a family member or family friend who was a pedephile or homosexual. Some were raped while in prison or another hostile situation and never recovered from the experience. Some where straight but hung around homosexuals and became seduced into that life style. But the experience seems to be a result of culture rather than a natural process from birth. Most homosexuals I have talked to have had a different experience in their up bringing.

i always taught they where born ,but i hear some go back and forward ,one day they gay ,next day they Bi , next they straight .
I don't think a real straight person gets confused as often ,they may try different thing's ,but they know who they are .
so would be unfair to answer you honest since I'm confused myself,about the same subject.

I have no clue. I mean how are you born gay? Something went up your butt in the womb, how does that work? Plus it makes it sound like sexual orientation is a birth defect.

I think that they choose to to act upon a sin. Homosexuality should be classified in the same category as a degenerate sex act. It should be categorized with the acts of Bestiality, child molesters and all of the rest of the sexual acts that are frowned upon by God and society.
