I think your iron may be low, you may need to up your intake in iron by eating more green veggies, your bp is fine.

Your blood pressure is excellent. Miss Q is right on, should get a blood test to see if you are deficient in Iron, red blood cells. You should also be doing lots of exercise and not too much time sitting stagnant or your heart beat drops too low thus you will feel colder. Track it down. Cheers!

Your blood pressure is perfect for your age. You should go to your doctor, though and have some blood tests done to see if your red blood count is high enough, to test your thyroid gland, and make sure all your lab tests are normal.

Do you exercize regularly? That will help your circulation and help you be warmer. Give that a try, even if it's just walking up and down stairs or walking on a treadmill.

I'm anemic and I don't feel cold a lot. If you are very active, your blood pressure is going to be lower. Nothing to worry about.

Nothing wrong with that reading at all. If you're feeling cold, increase your iron and get a really good multi-vitamin. Talk to your Dr and ask what vitamin might be right for you.
