I think food Items, being sold door to door , might make some people nervous.
I would do flowers, Definitely. Everyone likes them. Simple, Elegant, and hard to turn down.
I would try to buy a few dozen, along with a spool of pretty ribbon, wrap each flower individually, and sell each for $3 each.
You'll definitely make a profit...enough for a diamond, Im not sure.

Try Avon products. They are a very trendy and respectable company. Besides you can get much more money selling Avon then chocolate.

stores sell a box of all sorts of chocolates like different m&m's with peanuts, and like those. sell them for a $1 each, you'll get get about $50 for the box! sell as many boxes as you need.
