England can never win the World Cup. Our football, which we invented, is about power, physical challenges, fast pace, excitement. That is why our Premiership football is watched throughout the world.
The game in the rest of the world has been different to the original for many years. English players are not taught possession football, neither do they have the terrific touch or skill most other major footballing nations have.
We can never compete with diving, playacting and cheating. Neither, can we play our type of football, in an environment of a slow, possession type game. Referees have become brainwashed over the years with players going down at the slightest tackle. The referee allows hardly any physical contact, something which is at the heart of the English game. Football was invented as a physical game, not for the babies that we see playing the game today. I believe that nowadays, there are two different versions of the game People can watch whichever version that they like, but they will never be compatible.

England are always on the fringes of winning the World Cup again - take a look at their record over the years.
The reason why the national team is such rubbish now is because too many foreigners are playing in the Premiership thereby denying young, up and coming, English players the opportunity to gain experience in the best league in the world. The players are grossly overpaid and under talented. One was asked by his manager recently if he had a choice would he choose a Ferrari or play for England. His answer was, a Ferrari please!
