You can always get a nice wrap, or scarf.
If you have a Cato in your area they have some really nice wraps.
I have found some nice ones at Fashion bug.
And it is cool because both these stores have plus size items that might be a bit bigger then the tiny ones most stores seem to think we all are..

did you ever consider getting a shawl to match the color of your dress ... and then that way you can wear the dress that you want and cover your arms ...

get a stole..or a wrap of some sort to wrap around your arms.
