don't know how to use my mini web cam?

i just bought a mini web cam and i wanted to know how to take pictures and creating new pictures

Hi. Usually it just plugs into a USB port. It probably came with a driver/software CD. If so, install the CD and follow directions. If no, go to the manufacturers website and get the driver.
